T-Mobile myTouch SLIDE 3G REVIEW

T-Mobile myTouch SLIDE 3G REVIEW Tube. Duration : 10.58 Mins.

www.MyTouchSlideForum.com Hands on preview of the T-mobile MyTouch Slide, remember to subscribe!!! PLEASE READ through the comments before asking questions... Here are some of the common questions you guys are asking: Q: How much does the phone cost? A: 0 full price, 0 after a mail in rebate with a 2 year contract.(This may change) Q: When does it release? A: June 2nd, 2010 Q: How is the battery life? A: Its been alright so far, I can definitely manage it to last a full day although some users may have trouble doing so. Whats cool is that the phone has a detailed battery report which gives you a run down on what features are draining your battery life which in turn helps you manage the phone better. If I had to give the battery life a score it would be a 6.5/10 where my Blackberry 8900 is a 9.5/10...this by far is my only REAL gripe with the phone. Q: How much does the data plan/internet cost? A: Depending on your plan it can range anywhere from - a month. If you DON'T want the data plan you will HAVE to pay FULL PRICE for the phone. Wifi works without the data plan. Call T-Mobile to find out how much you would pay, or visit the website. Q: This or the Nexus 1/HD2/Evo4G? A: This is based on your opinion honestly. The N1's/HD2/Evo's specs absolutely demolish the specs on this phone BUT even with that said some ppl can't be without a physical keyboard myself included. If you don't mind NOT having a keyboard get the Nexus/Evo...I still wouldn't recommend the ...

How To Install CyanogenMod 7 Nightly on T-Mobile G2x after Nandroid Backup

How To Install CyanogenMod 7 Nightly on T-Mobile G2x after Nandroid Backup Tube. Duration : 14.55 Mins.

UPDATE 10/3/11 Flashing the ROM at the end may not work if you have already flashed the updated ROM from T-Mobile. There have been a couple reports of problems, though it has been few. This is why it is important to make a nandroid backup!!! ---------- This video shows how to back up your stock T-Mobile G2x using NVflash, and then install CyanogenMod 7 Nightly (Gingerbread 2.3.4). This version uses the CM7 nightly build 15 from 5/11/11. It is important to NOT boot ClockworkMod Recovery from ROM Manager for your backup (fakeflash). Use NVflash (real NAND flash) and boot into the recovery that way like I show. The first download is a rar file so you can either download 7-zip or Winrar to extract (unzip) this: www.7-zip.org www.win-rar.com Troubleshooting: - If it doesn't boot correctly, you could try a battery pull, as well as booting into CWR, go to advanced, and wipe dalvik cache. --- One-Click-G2x-recovery-flash (No Longer Working) www.multiupload.com (Use This Instead) bit.ly/xjilR9 --- CyanogenMod 7: download.cyanogenmod.com --- Reference Thread: forum.xda-developers.com --- Google Apps (Market, Gmail, etc.) goo-inside.me (just download the latest one that looks like 'gapps-gb-20110114-signed.zip'. I used 20110307) --- G2x Drivers for Win 7, Vista & XP: www.lgforum.com --- Blog: davejudd.com

How To Reset G1 - Wipe Corrupted T-Mobile HTC G1 Phone - Easily Restore To Factory

How To Reset G1 - Wipe Corrupted T-Mobile HTC G1 Phone - Easily Restore To Factory Tube. Duration : 8.67 Mins.

Click "Show more" arrow to read this detailed post. Need to wipe your G1 because the phone is corrupted or frozen, eg, your G1 keeps rebooting over and over again without getting to the desktop/home page? Are you a non-geek/newbie and not sure how your phone got messed up? Ready to sell your soul to Satan to get out of your predicament and able to use your G1, again? Have your friends asked "Why are you carrying that brick?" or "What are you pounding on the table and why are you swearing at it?" Is your G1 so clogged up that it's time to soak it in Liquid Drano? Well help has arrived. Here is how you do a factory wipe or hard reset. (Note: this procedure assumes you can't get to the G1's reset "button" located in the Android OS settings menu and you DO NOT know what the terms "jailbreak" or "root" mean.) Update: This tutorial is for non-rooted phones. The hard reset (or wipe) will put your phone back to the way it was when you first opened the box. Inside Information: THIS IS THE "SECRET" PROCEDURE T-MOBILE TECH SUPPORT HAS NON-GEEK CONSUMERS GO THROUGH AS A LAST RESORT WHEN THE G1 CANNOT RECOVER FROM A CRASH. (This is done before the CSR says to send the phone back for a replacement.) Sidenote: Don't feel bad, these phones do a lot nowadays, they crash often and need to be reset. And sometimes the phone will freeze and refuse to reboot. This procedure should save your butt. My video covers both hard and soft resets. WARNING: The hard reset procedure erases all third ...
